The price we quote is the price you pay.
Per wall-mounted fan coil unit. Ceiling cassettes and ducted units are quoted on WhatsApp from a photo. No transport charge anywhere in Singapore.
General servicing Every 3–4 months
Wash filters, clean the coil face, blower and louvres, flush the drain pipe and tray, check temperature and gas pressure.
Chemical wash
Unit opened on the wall, coil and blower washed with coil cleaner to clear mould and dust that servicing can't reach.
Chemical overhaul Smell or weak airflow
Unit taken down and fully stripped, every part soaked and washed, then reassembled and tested. For units that haven't been cleaned in years.
Gas top-up
Pressure checked first. If it's low we find the leak before topping up, so you aren't paying for gas that escapes again.
Repair diagnosis
Not cooling, error code on the display, or tripping the power. We find the fault and quote the repair before doing anything.
1 or 2 units: S$30 each for general servicing. Prices include GST. Pay after the job by PayNow or card.

Four signs it's due.
Most units in Singapore need servicing every three to four months because they run so many hours. These are the usual giveaways.
Dripping water
Usually a drain pipe clogged with slime. Servicing flushes it.
Weak airflow
Dusty filters and a coated blower move less air, so rooms take longer to cool.
Musty smell
Mould on the coil. A chemical wash or overhaul clears it properly.
Higher bills
A dirty unit runs longer to hit the same temperature, and you pay for every extra hour.

How long does servicing take?
About 30 to 40 minutes per unit for general servicing, and 1 to 1.5 hours per unit for a chemical overhaul. We'll tell you the expected time when we confirm the slot.
Do I need to move furniture?
Just clear about a metre of space under each unit. We bring drop sheets and a step ladder, and clean up before we leave.
What if it's still not cold afterwards?
Message us within 30 days and we come back to re-service that unit for free. If the cause is a part that needs replacing, we'll quote it before doing anything.
Do you service all brands?
Yes: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, LG, Midea and others, including older units. For units under manufacturer warranty, check whether your warranty requires the brand's own service team.
Can I get a service contract?
Yes. Four general services a year are priced at S$22 per unit per visit, and we message you when the next one is due.
