Small classes,lots of “I get it!”moments.

English, Maths and Science for K2 to P6 in Bishan. Never more than six children in a class, a short note home after every lesson, and a teacher you can WhatsApp.

Six minutes’ walk from Bishan MRT

Kind, organised, and small on purpose

What parents tell us they wanted before they found us: someone who knows their child, and a clear picture of how it’s going.

Example of a note home

Saturday, K2–P1 Phonics

We blended “sh” and “ch” sounds. Mei Ling read “ship” and “chop” on her own by the end. Next week: “th”.

Read at home: the sound cards, 5 minutes a day.

  • Six children, at most

Every child gets heard in every lesson. When a group fills up, we open another class rather than squeeze in one more chair.

  • A note home after every lesson

What we covered, what clicked, what needs another go, and the homework. It arrives the same evening, so you never have to ask.

  • A WhatsApp line to the teacher

Message your child’s own teacher, not a front desk. We reply within the working day, usually much sooner.

How the free trial works

Sixty minutes in a real class, so your child meets the group and you see how we teach. No obligation afterwards.

  1. Tell us about your child

Fill in the short form below with their level and the subject you’d like help with. It takes about two minutes.

  2. We WhatsApp you

Within one working day, to agree a class and time. If you have a recent school worksheet or test, bring it along. It helps us see where they are.

  3. Your child joins a class

A regular group, a 60-minute lesson. Afterwards you get a note on how it went and which class we’d suggest.

Questions parents ask

The practical things, answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, message us and a teacher will reply.

Ask us on WhatsApp
What if my child misses a lesson?

Let us know a day ahead and we’ll book a make-up in another class at the same level, within the same month. If your child is unwell, send a photo of the MC and we’ll always arrange one.

Do you follow the MOE syllabus?

Yes. Lessons follow the current MOE primary syllabus, and we ask what your child’s school is covering each term so we stay in step, never far ahead or behind.

How much homework is there?

A little: usually 20 to 30 minutes a week, practising what we did in class. We mark it, go through mistakes together, and mention it in the next note home.

How do fees and payment work?

Fees are paid at the start of each month by PayNow or bank transfer, and always cover four lessons, even in a five-week month. There’s a one-time S$30 materials fee and no registration fee. One month’s notice to stop.

Are there lessons on public holidays?

No, the centre is closed on public holidays. If one lands on your child’s class day, we schedule a replacement lesson that week or the next, so you still get four.

What happens in the school holidays?

Regular classes pause in the June and December holidays, and those months aren’t charged. We run short optional workshops instead, like story-writing camps and kitchen-science mornings, booked separately.

My child is shy. Will they be okay?

Small groups help a lot. Teachers learn every child’s name in the first five minutes and never put anyone on the spot. The trial class is a gentle way to find out, and you can stay nearby for the first one.
