    We measure every room, check pipes and wiring, and tell you what HDB or your condo allows in your block.

  2. Itemised quote

    Every line priced: quantity, material, rate. No lump sums hiding behind "miscellaneous".

  3. Design and 3D, if you need it

    Layout drawings and a 3D view for kitchens and carpentry. Skip it if you already know what you want.

    Optional, about a week

  4. Works start

    We get the permits, notify neighbours and protect the lift and corridor. You get photos on WhatsApp every Friday.

  5. Handover and defects check

    We walk every room with you on a checklist, fix what's on it, then clean the whole flat.

Do I need a permit for my renovation?

For an HDB flat, works such as hacking walls, replacing floor tiles, changing windows or reworking a toilet need an HDB renovation permit. Painting, vinyl overlay and most carpentry don't. We apply for the permit for you and start once it's approved.

For a condo, the management office (MCST) needs your renovation form and usually a refundable deposit. We prepare the drawings and paperwork they ask for.

Can we stay in the flat during works?

For painting, flooring or a single toilet, most families stay. We cover furniture and clean up daily. For a full renovation or a kitchen remake it's easier to stay elsewhere for the noisy weeks, and we'll tell you which weeks those are.
